Victorian Two Bed in Inchicore

This Victorian two-bed in Inchicore was fully renovated in 2023 by SL Fox Limited. Originally built in 1910, the house had been untouched since the 80s and left vacant for many years. Over a period of four months, SL Fox stripped out the unsafe wiring, old boiler, damaged flooring, old kitchen and bathroom, and rewired, re-plumbed and rebuilt the home interiors.

This renovation included

  • Stripping out old ceilings, removing an inner wall and two inner doors

  • Full rewire

  • Full re-plumb with addition of a combi-boiler

  • Adding insulation and re-plastering

  • Two skylights added and new door and window placement in kitchen

  • Restoring of wooden floors and two fireplaces upstairs

  • New kitchen and bathroom installed

  • House fully painted

  • Custom wooden shelfs added
